Automation Solution

Automation is the use of machines, control systems and information technologies to optimize productivity in the production of goods and delivery of services. Home automation is the residential extension of building automation. Home automation may include centralized control of lighting, HVAC (heating, ventilation and air conditioning), appliances, security locks of gates and doors and other systems, to provide improved convenience, comfort, energy efficiency and security.

Biometric & RFID

Biometrics refers to technologies that measure and analyze human body characteristics, such as fingerprints, eye retinas and irises, voice patterns for authentication purpose. This RFID system can be applied for real-time attendance recording of the students. It can automatically collect and record all the basic attendance information including name, time of their attendance of both in and out, and ID number, etc.

CCTV Analog & IP

Closed-circuit television applications include information display, analog cctv, remote monitoring, instruction, cable television programming and teleconferences and special events. An IP camera is a net-worked digital video camera that transmits data over a Fast Ethernet link

Fire Safety & Fighter

Fire safety refers to precautions that are taken to prevent or avoid losses. An automatic fire alarm system is designed to detect the unwanted presence of fire by monitoring environmental changes associated with combustion. In general, a fire alarm system is classified as either automatically actuated, manually actuated or both. Automatic if ire alarm systems are intended to notify the building occupants to evacuate in the event to an off-premises location in order to summon emergency services, and to prepare the structure and associated systems to control the spread of fire and smoke.

Home Safety

Home Safety refers to the awareness and education of risks and potential dangers in and around a home. A burglar alarm is a system designed to detect intrusion unauthorized entry - into a building or area. Burglar alarms are used in residential, commercial, industrial, properties for production against burglary (theft) or property damage, as well as personal protection against intruders. Car alarms likewise protect vehicles and their contents. Prisons also use security systems for control of inmate

Intercom

Intercom does away with all those restrictions by providing virtual trunks which enable the client to reserve only the number of trunks that are needed for handling maximum simultaneous call loads. This revolutionary feature enables significant savings for companies which have a large portion of their users who don't make a high volume of calls. Intercom's virtual trunk feature is especially pragmatic for companies with multiple locations, who can reserve the maximum number of trunks needed across all locations

Wi-Fi

A device that can use Wi-Fi (such as a personal computer, video-game console, smartphone, digital camera, tablet or digital audio player) can connect to a network resource such as the Internet via a wireless network access point. Such an access point or hotspot has a range of about 20 meters (65 feet) indoors and a greater range outdoors. Hotspot coverage can comprise an area as small as a single room with walls that block radio waves or as large as many square miles - this is achieved by using multiple overlapping access points.

BMS

A Building Management System (BMS) is a computer-based control system installed in buildings that controls and monitors the building's mechanical and electrical equipment such as ventilation, lighting, power systems, fire systems and security systems. A BMS consists of software and hardware. BMS systems are sometimes linked to access control (turnstiles and access doors controlling who is allowed access and egress to the building) or other security systems such as closed-circuit television (CCTV) and motion detectors.

Metal Detector

A Metal Detector is a device which responds to metal at a distance. Metal detectors are useful for finding metal inclusions hidden within objects, or metal objects buried underground. The simplest form of a metal detector consists of an oscillator producing an alternating current that passes through a coil producing an alternating magnetic field. If a piece of electrically conductive metal is close to the coil, eddy currents will be induced in the metal.
